SPECIFICATIONS

Body Construction: Available lengths 8' to 16' with capacities ranging for 5 to 14 cubic yards (without side boards). Sides, headboard, and tailgate are 3/16" hi-tensile steel (type 304 stainless steel optional). Floor is 180,000 psi hi-tensile steel. Floor thickness options 3/16” & 1/4” . Sides are reinforced with front & rear corner posts, boxed top rail, and dirt shedder catwalk. (Heated floor is optional)
Hoist: Front telescopic with capacities to 40 tons. The hoist provides a low profile mounting height with minimum dump angle of 50 degrees.
Hinge Control: The body floor is designed to elevate the passenger side enabling the material to slide to a conveyor running longitudinally on the driver's side. The floor is raised and lowered with (2) double-acting hydraulic cylinders.
Conveyor: The conveyor chain is a Chevron Design providing a steady flow of material to the spinner assembly for an even application of material on the pavement. The conveyor is stainless steel. The conveyor wear plate is 3/4" thick poly.
Conveyor Drive: Hydraulically powered with a 50:1 or 25:1 gearbox. Drive shaft is 2" diameter with 8 tooth sprockets. Flow gate is controlled with a rack and pinion jack.
Spinner: The spinner is on the left (driver's side) of the body enabling material to spread in front of the rear truck tires for improved traction on icy pavement. Spinner and chute assembly are poly, they are easily removed.
Flaps & Lights: Body is furnished with mud flaps, DOT lighting, LED directionals and strobes are optional.
